Three institutions. One shared mission: transforming public health in India.

Mediciti Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS), SHARE INDIA, and BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen collaboration in education, research, innovation, and public health.

At the heart of this partnership is a proposed Centre of Excellence for Interdisciplinary Research in Public Health (CIPH) — focused on collaborative research, real-world data sharing, and developing affordable healthcare solutions powered by AI and emerging technologies.

This initiative aligns with India's National One Health Mission(hashtag#NOHM) and will advance clinical medicine, public health, mental health, and biomedical engineering. This collaboration was made possible through the vision and leadership of Dr. P. S. Reddy (Chairman Emeritus, SHARE INDIA), Dr.Madhu Mohan (Chairman,SHARE INDIA, Prof. K. Siva RamaKrishna (President Mediciti Institute of Medical Sciences), and Prof. V Ramgopal Rao (Vice Chancellor, BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus).

The signing was also graced by senior BITS Pilani leadership — @Prof. D. Sriram (Director-in- Charge, Hyderabad Campus), Prof. Venkata Vamsi Krishna Venuganti (Dean, AGSRD), and Prof. A. Vasan (Dean, Administration). A proud step forward in building a healthier, more innovative India.
