Universal comprehensive healthcare
REACH is model of proactive healthcare that offers promotive, preventive and primary services to over 50,000 families in 42 villages. Services include health education, regular checkups, immunizations, antenatal care, and referral to tertiary care services.

Research integrated with care delivery
SHARE INDIA trains community health workers, conducts daily field visits, and operates a tertiary medical center so that our research is never divorced from its mission—that of improving health outcomes in rural India.
REACH 2.0: universal doorstep screening for chronic diseases
REACH 2.0 covers hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, anaemia, and kidney disease. Clinical measurements and blood samples are collected using validated equipment and standardized protocols. Samples are transported under cold-chain conditions to MediCiti Hospital for analysis.
2,000 and counting
Under REACH 2.0, 2,000 individuals have been screened, and those at risk referred for ongoing care.
